- You will automatically be entered to win $1,000
- Each referral you make in May will earn you an extra entry, so the more you refer, the more chances you have to win
- Three (3) winners will be drawn on June 1st
- We will contact you via email/phone so you can collect your prize

Agreement to Rules
By entering this drawing, participants agree to abide by GIFTED Healthcare's official rules and decisions, and to accept GIFTED Healthcare's determination of the winners as final. GIFTED Healthcare reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify entries at its sole discretion.
Eligibility
Must be 18 years or older to participate. All participants must be a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse (RN, LPN). Void where prohibited by law. All GIFTED employees, subsidiaries, affiliates, and employees' immediate family members are ineligible to participate in the contest.

GIFTED Healthcare reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate this contest should non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond GIFTED Healthcare's control, impact or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of the contest.
Limitation of Liability
Your entry into this contest constitutes your agreement to release and hold harmless GIFTED Healthcare and its subsidiaries, representatives, affiliates, partners, directors, employees, and officers against and from any and all claims, liability, illness, injury, death, litigation, loss, or damages that may occur, directly or indirectly from participation in this contest and/or the 1) Winner accepting, possessing, using, or misusing of any awarded prize or any portion thereof; 2) any type of technical failure; 3) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, phone, or Internet service; 4) unauthorized intervention in any part of the entry process or the contest; 5) electronic error or human error in the contest administration or the processing of entries or points.
