Referral program details

Once the new clinician or professional has put in 288 hours on a Gifted assignment, their referrer will receive a bonus of $1,000 on the next pay period.

Terms and Conditions (Last updated: 10/30/2023)

• Anyone may submit a referral. You do not need to be a Gifted Healthcare clinician or employee to be eligible.
• All professions listed under "Friend's Profession" on the Gifted Healthcare referral form are eligible for the referral bonus.
• The referral bonus will be paid after the referred clinician has logged 288 hours on assignment (equivalent to a standard 8-week contract).
• The referral form must be completed before the referred clinician is submitted to an assignment.
• The referred clinician must not have been employed or paid by Gifted Healthcare within 2 years.
• The referred clinician must start an assignment within 12 months of the referral date.
• The bonus will be paid to the person who submitted the most recent qualifying referral for the referred clinician (i.e., "Your Information").

There are two ways to refer a friend to Gifted Healthcare (either way, you will get the $1,000 bonus!):

• If you have a recruiter you love and would like your friend to work with them as well, please ask your recruiter for their unique referral link.
• Otherwise, please submit your referral through our referral form.
