Details for all full-time Gifted Healthcare employees enrolled in 2023 long-term disability coverage

Gifted Healthcare offers disability coverage to protect you financially in the event you cannot work because of a debilitating injury. A portion of your income is protected until you can return to work or you reach retirement age.

Long Term Disability (LTD) insurance replaces 60% of your income if you become partially or totally disabled for an extended period of time. Certain exclusions, along with any pre-existing condition limitations, may apply.

Eligibility

If you regularly work 30 or more hours per week, you are eligible for benefits. You won’t be able to change your benefits until the next enrollment period unless you experience a Qualifying Life Event. If a Qualifying Life Event occurs, you have 30 days to request changes to your coverage.
